Repurposed Produce

For internal use only. Repurposed produce encompasses all the items that are past their prime and are sent to a processing partner to be transformed into a new product. For example, we send ripe bananas to La Tour for Banana Bread and other ripe fruits to Honolulu Baking Company to prep and freeze.
